Overview

The Bota Gear Tilt Series is the robust workhorse of welding workshops, suitable for a wide range of workpieces from pipes to valves and shafts. By utilizing a heavy-duty worm gear mechanism, these positioners allow operators to tilt the table from 0° to 135° and rotate it with precision. This capability places the weld seam into the ideal ‘downhand’ (flat) position, significantly increasing deposition rates while reducing operator fatigue and rework.

Features

A reliable self-locking worm gear mechanism mechanically locks the table in position to prevent the workpiece from slipping due to gravity.
Operators can utilize the full 135 degree tilting range to position any weld seam into the ideal downhand flat position for better quality.
The rotation speed is controlled by stepless variable speed inverters to ensure smooth motion and consistent welding bead quality at all times.
Every machine comes standard with a durable remote control pendant and foot pedal to allow operators to control the machine from a safe distance.
